In Nigeria, “Youth unemployment " is one of the biggest economic problems. It takes a visionary government to decipher a means to curb the menace, in dire need for a possible solution to the problem, the government of Akwa Ibom State headed by Governor Udom Emmanuel, came up with the DAKKADA creed that has since given motivation to thousands of people living in Akwa Ibom State to rise up to the fate of Greatness. The program is targeted more at the youth on whose shoulders the responsibility to build the Akwa Ibom of Governor Emmanuel’s dream lays on.
