Hon. Akan Okon Celebrates Birthday with October Babies in Akwa Ibom State

To all October babies in Akwa Ibom State, the month of October was a great and fulfilled month as the Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Special Duties, Hon. Mr. Akan Okon spared time out of his busy schedule to celebrate with all October born in the State which he happens to be part of.

The high point of the celebration came to an end today after the completion of a one month marathon free driving training, sponsored by the commissioner for all residents of Akwa Ibom State born in the month of October.

The participants of the free driving training which was sponsored by Hon. Akan Okon,  thanked the commissioner for his benevolence and love towards the October born babies in the State, promising that they will always support the government of Deacon Udom Emmanuel, who found Akan Okon worthy to serve as a commissioner in his government.

Hon. Akan Okon went ahead to pledge that he will pay for the driving license of all the successful trainees that took part in the free training, he also charged them to be law abiding citizens, stressing that with the acquired driving skills they can earn a living without waiting for a white collar job which may never come.
