As Barr. Emma Udosen (Ph.D) bows out as the Transition Committee Chairman of ABAK Local Government Area, below are the qualities he displayed while in office

1. SERVANT 

The People's Chairman as christened by the people of ABAK came as a servant while in office, he touched all the nooks and crannies of ABAK to preach the gospel of PDP, senator Godswill Akpabio and Governor Udom Emmanuel. 

2. THE ADVOCATE

The digital Chairman displayed an advocate quality, an enviable leadership trick that gave him zero pressure while on seat as the number one citizen of Abak , no wonder he opened a state of the art computer centre in the council headquarters for the benefit of ABAK residents.

3. THE UNCOMMON TRANSFORMER

As a visionary leader, he showed class, quality, ability to serve and set standards for the incoming chairman. Under Barr Emma Udosen's government, Tilapia Island Resort took over the once dumped site under the ABAK hanging bridge and turned it in to a tourism and recreational attraction.

The story of the once dilapidated council secretariat is still trending in town, the structure was abandoned for over 15 years and left to decay...

Emma Udosen has been spotted on many occasions flaunting his family on social media and acknowledging God for his blessings. Truly, in this great family God grace abounds.

Dr. Udosen, a die hard Arsenal fan reaches out to the people through organising and sponsoring sporting activities in ABAK Local government and its environs.

He recently made known his intention to single handedly sponsor Udom/Akpabio 2019 football competition in Ikot Ekpene senatorial district
