My Attention has been drawn to a publication on social media and some local tabloids including the Mail Newspaper with Banner Headline"Count Ephraim Inyang, Glory Edet out of your woes, Ikono youths warn Macaire" where some unidentified youths who parade themselves as youths of Ikono LGA poured tantrums on the person of the Political Leader of Ikono, Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo

• In my usual manner , I would have overlooked the said publication which is  nothing but a cheap Blackmail and ranting of some jobless youths, but for  records, I own them a duty of care to Educate them.

                                             Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo (MACAIRE) 

1)That the chairmanship candidate of the PDP in Ikono LGA, Mr Itoro Columba was the Chairman, publicity committee during the installation ceremony of Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo as Political Leader of Ikono LGA.
If Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo lacks the where withal to pilot the political affairs of Ikono to greater height as alleged in the said publication, it's either the youths are portraying that Mr Itoro Columba is mentally sick or he is a mendicant  who spear headed Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo's project just to get millions of naira from him to fund his MacaireBridge project.

2)That Mr Itoro Columba, the chairmanship candidate who doubles as the Transition Chairman of Ikono LGA sold off caterpillars (Graders) and other assets of the LGA in the guise of coronation of the Paramount Ruler of Ikono LGA.
On this note, I demand an explanation for clarity, what were the contributions of Dr Glory Edet to the success of the coronation of the paramount Ruler of Ikono as claimed. I pray that Mr Columba does not sell the entire Ikono LGA for the coronation of his would be Clan Head, Itak clan.

3) That the chairman of the People's Democratic Party, Ikono Local Government chapter was the chairman, venue committee for the reception of the Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo as the Political Leader of Ikono, if the youths claims are correct as alleged in the said publication, it means that Barr Moses Akpan the PDP chapter chairman in Ikono who anchored the Installation of Emmanuel Ukpong-udo is either too controversial to be taken serious or a greedy person who endorses Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo for a Highlander Jeep, 2016 model and millions of financial benefits adding to completion of his permanent residence now at Ntak Inyang, Uyo.

4) That since Barr Moses Akpan has an antecedent of either controversies or greed, he may mortgage the Ikono / Ini House of Representative seat meant for Ikono to Dr Glory Edet of Ini LGA for a plate of beans.

Hence Hon David Ntuk's worries about his affinity lately with Dr Glory Edet

5) That Dr Glory Edet is a member of Ntippe Ibibio, does that give her the opportunity to be at the venue for Ikono LGA  PDP chairmanship Nomination when she was supposed to be in Ini  LGA for the same Exercise?

6) That Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo as a Leader with wealth of Experience never anointed any aspirant in the just concluded PDP primaries so therefore is not in anyway aggrieved nor defeated as alleged, rather he was mandated to nominate a vice chairmanship candidate which he gladly did. A nomination which has increased PDP chances of winning the December 2nd Local Government Elections and 2019 in Ikono because he nominated a Grassroot Politician.

I advise this Blackmailers to update their blackmailing tricks as their existing tricks is outdated.

I urge Obong Emmanuel Ukpong-udo to remain focus and pray that the Almighty God continues to give him the strength to Lead Ikono LGA.
