The Transition  Committee Chairman of Nsit Ubium Local Government Area, wishes to Congratulate his brother the Speaker of Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, RT. Hon. Barr. Onofiok Luke, on his merrited Awards accorded him by the State Government, under the dexterous leadership of Governor Udom Emmanuel who he describes as an astute manager who executes the spirit of harambee in running the state.
