An Uyo High Court has sentenced a former Vice Chairman of Ukanafun Local Government Area, Effiom Abai and three others to Seven Years in prison for conspiracy to murder of a former Deputy Speaker of AKHA, Obong Okon Uwah.
Justice Okon Okon delivered the judgement today at the Uyo High Court.
In his judgement, Justice Okon discharged and acquitted the four convicts of murder and grievous arms, saying the prosecuting counsel failed to proved his submissions.
