Miss Ekemini Umoren, Crowned Miss Akwa Ibom 2017.

 The Ndoko (Miss) Akwa Ibom beauty pageant finally came to an end on Saturday morning, as the outgoing Miss Akwa Ibom, Her Royal Majesty Miss Blessing Usen, crowned Miss Ekemini Umoren representing Oruk Anam Local Government Area, a medical doctor by profession, beat  other contestants to emerge Winner of Miss Akwa Ibom 2017.

Miss Ekemini Umoren went back home with a Brand New Car, courtesy of Zenith Bank.
The new queen said she will create awareness on breast cancer, especially among young ladies, and also educate them on self examination.
The second runner-up, Miss Perfect Enerson, representing Mbo Local Government Area went home with N500,000.

The first runner-up, Miss Ndifreke Etim, representing Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area, went home with N1,000,000.
