SCAM: Ikono/Ini Councillors Did Not Endorse Hon Victor Udofia For Any Election

** The public should please take note

We stumbled on a publication on Social Media with headlines " 2019: IKONO, INI LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL THROW WEIGHTS BEHIND VICTOR UDOFIA"
In the said publication, vote of confidence was passed on the member Representing Ikono state Constituency in the Akwa Ibom state House of Assembly for legislative prowess and quality representation.

Ordinarily, we would have ignored the said publication, being so puerile, trifling, negligible, show of inexperience by few young men who inadvertently were elected councilors in Ikono/Ini Federal Constituency. But for the records, we react as follows.
That the cross section of councillors who have not for once since assumption of office passed a single bye law but passed a vote of confidence on under performed Assembly man, Rt Hon Victor Charles Udofia, are ignorant of the duties of the legislature, hereby requires training for proper guidance.

These few inexperience legislatures who are less than 60 days in office rather than concentrating in restructuring the council by amendment of bye laws and sponsoring bye laws in favour of their Constituency have rather resort to passing a vote of confidence.
We ask, was passing vote of confidence part of their manifesto to their constituents during the campaign?
Oh! Ikono/ Ini, who did this to us?

It may interest the few councillors to know that Mr Udofia, is the chairman, House committee on Youth, Sport and Security, but could not provide security but rather, masterminded insecurity in his own village, Ibiaku in Ikono which resulted to the vandalization of over 20 houses in his desperate moves for power, come 2019.
We challenge Mr Victor Udofia, Member Representing Ikono state Constituency, to mention one successful bill sponsored in the floor of the house in favour of the people of Ikono, if not struggling committee money.
We challenge Rt Hon Victor Charles, to mention one person from the area he has facilitated appointment as SA or PA to the Governor or Commissioner since assumption of office.
We challenge him to mention one person he has developed other than his chief priest, Hon Sampson Okorie, let alone educational grants, skill acquisition or scholarships.
That a Rev father administers communion to a Communicate , is that suppose to be an achievement?
Renovation of primary school blocks is awarded at 15 million naira and he Execute the projects at 5million naira, hereby making gain of 10 million naira and you call that effective representation?

Victor Udofia should make account of what he did with the Constituency fund he receives.
Let him come and make account of what he does with his security votes, sitting allowances, salaries, committee money which is sum up to over 60million naira annually and the percentage invested on his Electorates.
We stand to be quoted, that Rt Hon Victor Charles Udofia, has invested less than 0.0001% of the public fund on his Electorates.
Rt Hon Victor Charles Udofia, has not for once given Educational grants to students of the area, I will not blame him on this aspect as he has not really known what it means to be a student.
Scholarship and skills acquisition scheme, is not inclusive in his agenda.
We still can not understand why Rt Hon Victor Charles Udofia was conspicuously missing in a joint sitting of the cross River state and Akwa ibom state Houses of Assembly.
Why is Victor Udofia a seasoned assembly man who attends plenary session only on ceremonial days like budget presentations.
Let us stop here, while advising Mr Udofia to do Constituency briefing and empower his constituents as it his done in other Constituencies.
Ikono Youths voice.
