As Nigeria celebrated 57th Independence yesterday, the people of Abak, led by a visionary agent of good governance, Hon.Barr Emmanuel Udosen Ph.D, The Transition committee chairman of Abak accompanied by his beautiful wife, delivered Governor Udom Emmanuel's Independence address, which was followed by match pass by women groups, schools and voluntary organisations.
